Any haulier wishing to operate vehicles that exceed 3,500kgs GVW will require an O'Licence, and in many cases they will require an appropriately qualified Transport Manager who can "continuously and effectively" ensure the safe operation of those vehicles.

The role of a Transport Manager will involve many aspects of the operation and he will need suitable understanding in many disciplines including financial and vehicle management.

This 26 module course is designed to assist learners achieve the necessary understanding for their pending examinations.
